Global Innovation Fund:
The Global Innovation Fund builds a core portfolio of technology companies and investments that collectively creates a solid platform for stable and growing returns. The Fund uses its expertise to add value to its portfolio companies, pursue accretive acquisitions, undertake select development opportunities and identify and take advantage of new trends technology markets.. The Fund evaluates global innovation opportunities through a technical assessment, a global macro assessment and a geographical market assessment. Once we establish potential demand, we create a viable business model and work with our partners in the emerging markets to develop a high margin, recurring revenue and earnings stream that can rapidly grow in a global market.
North American Opportunities Fund:
The Fund's investment objective is to achieve capital appreciation in a portfolio consisting primarily of privately held businesses expecting to become publicly traded in the near future and in Private Investment in Public Equity securities in companies through privately negotiated investments. The Funds primary focus is on companies that are performing well, but which require additional financial and operating support in order to realize value not achieved under previous owners or management, and under-performing businesses that must be turned around, financially and/or operationally in order to create value, will be considered. The Fund will provide, or arrange for, technical management and financial advisory services, where necessary, to support the target portfolio company’s management team.
Global Media Opportunities Fund:
The Global Media Opportunities Fund objective is to achieve a core portfolio of capital investments based in the media sector of the markets. With structured focus in North America and emerging markets overseas in the entertainment and media technology segments, the Fund will use market opportunities and exposure to develop, manage and maintain a strong portfolio in creative, new and existing investments.
